Biography

Elizabeth Tabares has worked widely in the environmental sector in her native country, Colombia, acquiring. experience in policy implementation and evaluation on biodiversity conservation, licensing, and sustainable development. In the U.S., she has coordinated research synthesis projects funded by USDA and private organizations.
