Biography
Elizabeth Tabares has coordinated several research synthesis projects funded by USDA and private organizations in the area of rural development, food and nutrition, and agricultural policies. She also assists in grant development, supervises project implementation, participates in monitoring and evaluation activities, and supports the management of project portfolio for Asia and Eurasia.
