Biography
Dr. Roger Norton has worked extensively in 50 countries, supported by international development agencies, and advised Presidents and Ministers of Agriculture and Finance, including serving as official speech writer for four years for a Minister of Agriculture. He served as Director of a research division for the World Bank and has headed development projects for USAID, the Inter-American Development Bank, World Bank, FAO, IFAD, and ASEAN. He has been full professor at the University of New Mexico and simultaneously adjunct professorship at Oklahoma State, has been a visiting lecturer at the University of Naples, and has published 7 books and numerous articles. He has won projects valued at over $9 million for the Borlaug Institute and has forged relationships with multiple coffee companies for the Coffee Center.
