Biography

Dr. Nicole Lefore has over 30 years in research for development, policy advocacy, and project implementation in Sub-Saharan Africa. She has worked with policy think tanks and the CGIAR. Dr. Lefore’s research interests include smallholder irrigation among marginalized communities, water governance, gender in agricultural development, and market systems and finance in agricultural water.
