Students of the Texas A&M University System

Students

A critical component of the Borlaug Institute mission is to empower students across the Texas A&M University System to gain broader understanding of the world and to become global citizens.  The Institute accomplishes this through holding seminars, promoting study abroad, arranging for internships, and assisting student groups in service projects.  The Borlaug Institute is committed to providing excellence in international agriculture education and research. Through its programs, both students and faculty from around the world can work towards the vision of Dr. Borlaug.

“It is not simply enough to be aware of the struggles that go on around the world, but rather do something about it.”

“This helped trigger my education and goals toward helping others.”
